Ticket Disclaimer

This ticket is a revocable license allowing access to The Principal Charity Classic presented by Wells Fargo (the Tournament). Lost, stolen or damages tickets are not the responsibility of the PGA TOUR and will not be replaced. By utilizing this ticket or entering onto the grounds of the Tournament you voluntarily assume all risk and danger incidental to the game of golf , whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, and release PGA TOUR Inc., the host site, title sponsor, presenting sponsor, television broadcasters, vendors, volunteers, Bruno Event Team, LLC, Greater Des Moines Community Foundation, participating players, and all agents thereof from any all liabilities resulting from such cases. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is binding on your heirs and assigns. You grant permission to PGA TOUR, Inc., to utilize your image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded television or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of any PGA TOUR event you attend. You agree not to transmit or facilitate transmission of any account, description, picture, or reproduction of any PGA TOUR Event, including, without limitation, scoring-related data, without the specific advance written permission of PGA TOUR. For security purposes, no bags larger than 6” will be permitted, and you hereby consent to the reasonable inspection of your person and property before entering the Tournament. Prohibited items and restrictions include cameras (allowed Tuesday through Thursday only), coolers, firearms, noisemaking devices, pets, signs, posters, banners, etc. All cell phones must be set to vibrate or silent. Disallowed or improperly used permitted items will be confiscated. Permitted items left unattended will be removed by security personnel. You agree that you shall not seek autographs of players in order to sell such autographs, and you shall not pay another person to obtain an autograph for you. You agree to abide by all rules and regulations established by the PGA TOUR and the Tournament, and a violation of these rules and regulations can be cause for termination of the license granted herein, forfeiture of your ticket and removal from the Tournament. Resale of this ticket is not permitted. This ticket cannot be used in a promotion or offered as a prize without permission from The Tournament. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket. The Greater Des Moines Community Foundation and PGA TOUR, Inc. reserve the right to revoke this ticket and cancel all privileges connected therein. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. Use of any parking site provided for Tournament attendees is entirely at the risk of the vehicle driver and/or owner. PGA TOUR and all affiliated or supporting organizations accept no liability for injury, loss or damage resulting from such use. Please take appropriate security precautions including locking your vehicle.
