Spectator Tips
Autographs
Autographs are permissible; however, not during a player's round. Autograph items are limited to one per spectator on both Wednesday and Thursday of tournament week.
Bleachers
Bleacher seating will be available at Holes 5, 17 and 18.
Camera Policy
Cameras are permitted on Wednesday and Thursday ONLY.
Concessions
There will be numerous concession stands located throughout the golf course serving a variety of items. No food and beverage can be brought in to the tournament. See the Official Course Map for locations.
Fan Pavilion
Spectators should stop by the Fan Expo area to pick up some great items from our sponsors. The Fan Expo area is a great way for spectators to learn about all the great products and services our sponsors offer.
First Aid Location
First aid is located by the Tournament Office Trailer near Hole 6. IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY WHILE ON THE GOLF COURSE, NOTIFY A MARSHAL ON ANY HOLE.

Handicapped Facilities
There will be a handicapped viewing area by the 18th green. Restrooms are available near holes 5, 6, 14, and 18. Please see "Parking" for handicapped parking information.
Inclement Weather
The Champions Tour will have meteorology staff on-site monitoring the possibility of inclement weather. If inclement weather is approaching, special "weather warning" signs will be posted on leader boards around the course. When the sign appears, spectators are advised to take immediate precautions (including clearing grandstands) PRIOR to play being suspended. In the event of a weather warning, please avoid:
- Hilltops
- High places
- Isolated trees
- Golf carts
- Wire fences
- Open areas
If play is suspended please close your umbrella and seek shelter immediately.
Kids / Youth Tickets
Kids 15 and under are admitted FREE to the tournament when accompanied by a ticketed adult each day of the tournament.
Merchandise
The on-site merchandise booth located in the Fan Pavilion offers a variety of merchandise bearing The Principal Charity Classic logo. Some of the merchandise available for purchase includes caps, shirts, T-shirts, jackets, golf balls, divot repair tools, ball markers, towels and much more. Acceptable forms of payment in the Merchandise Tents are: U.S. dollars, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA. Personal checks are not accepted.
TaylorMade and Adidas Sale!
Scheels and TaylorMade will be on the driving range Saturday, May 31 for spectators to try out all the latest TaylorMade golf equipment. Parking
All parking for the tournament is free and is located at Jordan Creek Town Center. Buses will transport you to Glen Oaks Country Club and will drop you off at the tournament entrance.
Phones
Cell phones, PDA or other portable e-mail devices are not permitted on the grounds.
Players

Pro-Ams
Celebrity Pro-Ams are held on Wednesday and Thursday.
Prohibited Items
The following items cannot be brought into the tournament:
- No Cell Phones - including any cell phones with photographic capabilities
- No PDAs and/or other Portable Email Devices
- No Noise Producing Electronic Devices
- No Cameras (other than Wednesday and Thursday for personal photographic use only)
- No Bags or backpacks larger than 8"W x 8"H x 8"D in its natural state
- No Cases and/or Covers (such as chair or umbrella covers)
- No Signs, Posters and/or Banners
- No Televisions and/or Radios
- No Food and/or Beverage
- No Containers and/or Coolers
- No Pets (other than service animals)
- No Lawn and/or Folding Armchairs
- No Bicycles
- No Ladders
- No Metal-spiked Golf Shoes
- No Noisemaking Devises
- No Weapons (regardless of permit, including but not limited to firearms and knives)
Any other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by the Champions Tour and/or Tournament Security Personnel is their sole discretion. Parents with small children are allowed to bring strollers and diaper bags, if needed. These items are subject to reasonable inspection before entering and/or at any time during the tournament.
Rain Policy
If it rains on any day of the tournament, play will continue as long as it is deemed safe to do so. All Corporate Hospitality will be open every day rain or shine. The Champions Tour and the tournament staff will always keep spectators informed at the earliest possible moment of any changes made on this policy based upon situational circumstances.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located around the golf course, mostly adjacent to concession areas.

Will Call
Will Call will be located at the Main Admission Gate. Will Call will be a secure way to leave tickets for use by someone else. Photo ID will be required at Will Call to pick up tickets.
