Glen Oaks Country Club 
The Glen Oaks golf course was designed by the top golf course architect in the United States, Tom Fazio, and was nominated by Golf Digest as one of the top new golf courses in the United States. The 18-hole golf course has since been named "1995 Golf Course of the Year" by Seed Research of Oregon and "9th Best New Private Golf Course opened in 1995" by Golf Digest. The course features bent grass tees, greens and fairways with blue grass roughs. Fescue grass, which is inherent to the area and is found on many courses in Scotland, grows wild in several areas throughout the course. Glen Oaks is designed for the pleasure and enjoyment of golfers at any skill level from novice to the very advanced.

Driving Directions to Glen Oaks Country Club:
* FROM I-35 (FROM THE NORTH OR SOUTH): Use Exit 70W
Glen Oaks is located in West Des Moines, Iowa, off Interstate 35 and Mills Civic Parkway. If traveling on Interstate 35, take the Mills Civic Parkway West exit (Exit 70). As you head west on Mills Civic Parkway, the entrance to Glen Oaks Country Club will be immediately on the left (south side) at the first stoplight. Once past the guard gate, proceed to the stop sign and turn left onto Glen Oaks Drive. Continue on Glen Oaks Drive for about ¾ of a mile to the first stop sign. Turn right to the Clubhouse.
* FROM DOWNTOWN DES MOINES: I-235 West, I-35 South to Exit 70W
Take the Freeway (I-235) west and take the Interstate 35 South exit toward Kansas City. At the first exit South on Interstate 35, Mills Civic Parkway West (Exit 70), exit to the right (west). As you proceed west on Mills Civic Parkway, the entrance to Glen Oaks Country Club will be immediately on the left (south side) at the first stoplight. Once past the guard gate proceed to the stop sign and turn left onto Glen Oaks Drive. Continue on Glen Oaks Drive for about ¾ of a mile to the first stop sign. Turn right to the Clubhouse.
